About the Job

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients in their homes.

As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from infants to geriatric patients, and provide individualized care plans to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Document client progress and communicate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Current PA Physical Therapist license.
  • Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
