Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics tools to provide actionable insights to our clients.

  • Ensure the quality control and auditing of databases to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data.
  • Develop database strategies to support organizational requirements.
  • Consult with and advise users on access to various databases.
  • Resolve data conflicts and inappropriate data usage.
  • Direct the maintenance and use of the corporate data dictionary.
  • Perform MS SQL Server and other DBMS database and application server administration.
  • Administer, maintain, develop, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security, availability, and integrity of the Database Management System (DBMS).
  • Manage the creation and updates of SSPs, CKLs, and other documentation for the accreditation of the DBMS on classified networks.
  • Manage performance analysis, tuning, and index maintenance.
  • Adjust advanced settings of Microsoft SQL Server and other DBMS to optimize functionality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with 12 years of experience or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with 10 years of experience.
  • Required Skillset:
    • Work across teams and external customer groups to develop strategy, design solutions, and advise implementation teams during infrastructure buildouts.
    • Deal with escalations, make assessments, recommendations, or provide solutions to resolve issues.
    • Write and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions, knowledge articles, etc.
  • Clearance Level: TS/SCI
  • Required Certification(s):
    • DoD M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract.
    • IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent.
  • Location: On Customer Site
  • Additional:
    • Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph for certain positions as determined by the contract.
    • Position may require lifting of objects (i.e., IT Hardware), reaching/bending/kneeling (i.e., plug in cables), and other moderately strenuous activity.
    • Travel may be required to support the mission.
