Building Systems Engineer

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Building Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for designing, installing and maintaining building systems, including plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, install and maintain building systems.
  • Inspect assets according to preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Track, order and restock supplies needed for O&M.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team and contractors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Able to exercise sound judgment and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to read, write and count accurately.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally (courteous and cordial).
  • Able to work safely with and around operating mechanical systems.
  • Able to work within a team atmosphere.
