Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and operating a high-performing production floor, committed to meeting the needs of our customers, company, and people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety: Ensure a safe work environment by reading and understanding the Crescent Safety Playbook, engaging employees in safety observations, and removing all forms of risk.
  • People: Select and encourage the best people to join our team, train them to ensure competence, assess their performance and potential, and recognize their value.
  • Productivity: Maximize shift production capacity and output capability through proper resource allocation, validate the use and continuous improvement of production processes, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Quality: Determine and adhere to quality standards, ensure customer needs are understood and built into each process, and identify and correct root causes of escapes.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the complete integrity and timeliness of all data in our operating systems.
  • Customer Value: Understand required standards for each customer job/project, report well-documented and accurate metrics, and align and optimize the allocation of people to meet production targets.
  • Financial: Manage the correct use of materials and supplies, and align and optimize the allocation of people to meet production targets.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of practical production experience, leading teams to safety deliver customer services in an efficient and effective manner and meeting every quality standard for each unique customer.
  • Experience leading hourly production associates is strongly desired.
  • Regulatory cGMP experience and lean manufacturing and continual process improvement experience are preferred.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 USD.
