Transformative Primary Care Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Marathon Health in Charlotte, NC. As a primary care provider in our employer-sponsored direct primary care model, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of employees.
About Our Model
Our innovative approach focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care through longer appointment times, enhanced relationships with patients, and a focus on preventive medicine. This allows us to improve health outcomes, increase patient satisfaction, and reduce healthcare costs.
Your Role
In this part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week, you will work collaboratively with our medical team to provide exceptional primary care to employees. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule, prioritize patient needs, and contribute to our mission of delivering patient-first healthcare.
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive non-production-based compensation package, comprehensive benefits, including CME, medical license, DEA, and malpractice coverage, as well as regular provider meetings for ongoing learning and development. Our salary range is $115,000 - $140,000 annually, dependent upon geographic location and years of experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong passion for primary care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We require graduation from an accredited medical school, completion of residency, board certification or eligibility, active state license, and CPR/BLS certification.
