- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to support their processes throughout perioperative, inpatient, and outpatient settings, including physician practices.
- Work closely with the Information Technology department to ensure seamless integration of EMR system functionality.
- Utilize strong communication, organization, and presentation skills to effectively train and support staff.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or education.
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on training and education.
- Proven experience with EMR systems, including Meditech.
