Cardiology Nurse Specialist

As a Cardiology Nurse Specialist at Actalent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

• Conduct patient history intake and preparation for treatment
• Collect and manage lab data to inform treatment decisions
• Educate patients and provide follow-up steps for optimal care
• Participate in research activities to advance cardiology care
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Monitor and order supplies to ensure a smooth operation
• Perform quality assurance functions as directed
• Assist with the orientation and training of new personnel and clinical staff

• NYS RN License
• Minimum 2-3 years RN experience within the Cardiology specialty
• ACLS and BLS certification
• Epic experience preferred
