Counterparts Specialist

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll also need to be able to read and understand safety and maintenance documents, as well as calculate figures and amounts, including discounts and commissions.

The ideal candidate will have prior auto parts sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent interpersonal and time management skills. They'll also be able to provide high-level service to both internal and external customers.

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate

Our estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$70,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
