Stokes Automotive Group is on the lookout for skilled Automotive Lubrication Specialists to enhance our team. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, complemented by performance bonuses, with the pay scale determined by prior experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently perform tasks as outlined on repair orders, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards, while documenting all work completed.
  • Promote and sell lubrication services, safety inspections, and related offerings.
  • Drain and replace engine oil, ensuring the correct quantity is used.
  • Change oil and air filters as required.
  • Examine vehicle fluid levels, replenishing or replacing as necessary.
  • Check and adjust tire pressure as needed.
  • Apply lubricants to moving components as specified.
  • Engage in manufacturer-sponsored training sessions as directed by the service manager, staying updated on technical bulletins.
  • Report any mechanical defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles and promptly inform the service advisor of any changes in condition.
  • Account for all dealership-owned tools and manuals, ensuring they are returned in their original condition.
  • Stay informed about and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA standards.

Work Hours

Education & Experience

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
