Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patients' conditions, taking vital signs and documenting any changes or concerns.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing procedures as directed by physicians.
  • Document patient information, including medication administration, treatments, and test results.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.

Requirements:
  • Active LPN license in Massachusetts
  • At least 1 year of experience as an LPN
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Clean background check
