Job Overview

Position Summary:
As a Low Voltage Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Fire Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems within commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Service and program low voltage systems with efficiency and professionalism.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to your work, ensuring timely attendance and responsiveness during on-call duties.
- Engage in various tasks, including attending relevant training sessions, both locally and out of state, to enhance your skills.
- Provide support to fellow technicians during peak service demands, ensuring customer needs are met promptly.
- Utilize technology for real-time dispatching and management of service calls through mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure high-quality service delivery through effective communication with clients.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of two years of experience with Simplex or Tyco Safety Products equipment is preferred.
- Familiarity with systems such as Access Control, Fire Alarm, Security, and CCTV is essential.
- An Associate's degree in Electronics or a related field is required.
- Current FASA/BASA certification is mandatory, with NICET II certification preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent customer interaction skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary.
- Must successfully pass a level two background check and be available for on-call duties and overtime, including weekends.
