Warranty Coordinator

**About the Role**

Camping World is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with customers and service advisors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Foster and maintain excellent relations between customers and store personnel.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and respond in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist Service Advisors in scheduling service appointments according to policies and procedures.
• Greet all incoming customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist Service Advisors in writing up incoming customers' work orders.

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of RV experience preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and sequencing skills.

**Estimated Salary:** $17.96-$21.34 per hour.
