Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech) for an immediate travel opportunity in Little Rock, AR. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of recent acute care experience and possess the necessary certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate fluoroscopic equipment and assist physicians with minimally invasive procedures
  • Prepare and observe patients undergoing procedures
  • Monitor patients during procedures and report abnormal activity
  • Demonstrate knowledge of radiation protection standards and techniques
  • Interpret examination requests accurately and maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as an IR Tech
  • BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) National Certification
  • State-specific licensing when required
  • Vascular Interventional certificate preferred

As an IR Tech, you will be responsible for working in a fast-paced environment and standing for long periods of time. You must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
