We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Lake Andrew Enterprises LLC. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality products.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
