As a Customer Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in our software development quality assurance initiatives, focusing on the contact center's back-office support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on software development quality assurance initiatives across our application portfolio
  • Analyze test scenarios and work on test planning for new features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with a diverse and agile scrum team to deliver high-quality results
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
  • Ability to self-motivate and apply learning to larger paradigms
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
