Job Title: Structural Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Intellect Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural systems for luxury residential towers, commercial skyscrapers, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and analyze structural systems for high-rise buildings, ensuring safety and compliance with NYC building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams to integrate structural components into the overall building design.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure structural integrity is maintained throughout the building process.
  • Use advanced structural engineering software to model complex load conditions, including wind, seismic, and gravity forces, specific to high-rise buildings.
  • Lead or support the management of high-value, large-scale projects, from initial concept design through to completion.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience working on high-rise construction projects, preferably in dense urban environments.
  • Proficient in engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, Revit, AutoCAD, and other structural modeling tools.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New York State or ability to achieve licensure within a reasonable time frame.
