Job Title: Pallet Sorter

CHEP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pallet Sorter to join our team at the Fulton, MO distribution center. As a Pallet Sorter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient sorting and grading of pallets, which will contribute to the success of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort pallets by hand, using a combination of manual and mechanical sorting methods.
  • Remove debris and trash from pallets, ensuring they are clean and ready for grading.
  • Determine which pallets require repairs, and report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in an industrial, fast-paced environment with industrial equipment.
  • Ability to complete tasks within a timely manner, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and communicate information effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Work involves standing for long periods, with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

  • $18/hour, weekly pay with direct deposit.
  • 1st shift - Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm.
