Job Summary:

As a Fresh Food Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality products are available in the deli, bakery, meat, and other departments. Your duties will include helping customers find products, packing ready-to-sell items, preparing and serving ready-to-eat food, and maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about our offerings.
  • Pack and stock displays with fresh products.
  • Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including the deli, bakery, and other areas.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
