**Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the development of a Requirements Review Report for the Sponsor's Enterprise Cloud, identifying stakeholder needs, new requirements, and recommendations for addressing gaps.
  • Support the creation of a Project Execution Plan with government-approved requirements and assist in executing against the approved plan, including a Proof of Concept.
  • Manage, maintain, and update the Sponsor's secure, unclassified cloud infrastructure environment within the Sponsor's approved scope.
  • Coordinate with Sponsor POCs to transition research program artifacts to the IEC, supporting transition efforts, storage, data sharing, and technical demonstrations.
  • Research cloud-focused solutions, translating Sponsor user needs into technical requirements and providing options/recommendations for government consideration.
  • Assist in compliance assessments, resolving issues, verifying certification, and supporting remediation strategies for the IEC's Authority to Develop/Operate (ATD/ATO).

**Qualifications**

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years' experience.
  • Experience with researching and implementing new IT-related technologies.
  • Prior experience supporting IT strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Expertise in identifying IT capability gaps.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performing Service Desk responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of IT compliance and regulations, including IC and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
  • Knowledge and working expertise with multiple cloud providers and infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Administration.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
