We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team at Consolidated Communications. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive business growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives and long-term growth strategies.
- Manage media and budget strategies to ensure optimal allocation of marketing budgets across channels.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with multiple marketing agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
- Oversee agency agreements, scopes of work, and conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with deliverables and objectives.
- Design and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing communications and materials.
- Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that supports marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms.
- Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities that expand our market reach and impact.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to forecast, track, and measure the success of marketing programs.
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Brand or Integrated Marketing Manager or a similar senior-level role.
- Strong understanding of marketing planning, brand development, and strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies and overcome marketing challenges.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging marketing strategies, and best practices in marketing and advertising.

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $74,384 - $112,752
