### Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Seat Assembler to join our team at the Louisville, KY facility. As a key member of the Production department, you will be responsible for assembling automotive seats and seat structures with precision and attention to detail.
### Key Responsibilities
* Work as a team member on a production line, adding various components to the seat assembly
* Ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to 5S and World Class Housekeeping standards
* Help achieve team performance goals and objectives
* Identify and record any problems related to the product, process, and quality system
### Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required
* One year of related automotive/warehouse experience preferred
* Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen
