Overview

The Material Management Analyst (Control Account Manager) plays a crucial role in overseeing the material control accounts within the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) at Spirit AeroSystems. This position is essential for the design and production of aerostructures catering to both commercial and defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and monitor material schedules.
  • Establish Material Control Accounts and Work Breakdown Structures.
  • Define Planning Packages and Work Packages.
  • Evaluate Integrated Master Schedules and predict material consumption trends.
  • Analyze and report on monthly budget and schedule variances and associated risks.
  • Assist in audits conducted by DCMA, DCAA, and/or Prime customers regarding Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Provide insights and analysis on inventory adjustments, quantities, and locations.
  • Oversee compliance activities related to the Material Management Accounting System (MMAS).
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and assignments in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Supply Chain, Accounting, or Inventory).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Preferred:
  • Experience with SAP, particularly in supply chain, accounting, or inventory.
  • Knowledge of MMAS governance and compliance.
