Job Overview
The Cleaning Technician will be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the facility.

Position Details

Medline Industries, LP stands as the premier nationwide distributor of medical, surgical, and pharmaceutical supplies to healthcare facilities including hospitals, nursing homes, and home care services. We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift Cleaning Technician to support our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure daily sanitation of the warehouse, utilizing industrial cleaning equipment such as sweepers and scrubbers to maintain dust-free floors.
  • Collect and dispose of waste from the facility into designated containers. Clean large trash receptacles as necessary.
  • Perform detailed cleaning of shelving units, walls, staircases, doors, and compactors.
  • Compact excess cardboard materials using a baler.
  • Assemble boxes and assist with dock operations as required.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Capable of operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as needed.
  • Willingness to work overtime and assist in various branch functions.
  • Able to work independently in a diverse environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to and exceeding 75 lbs. This includes sitting, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and other physical activities.
