About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a Lead Preschool Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming and engaging classroom space that fosters learning and growth.
  • Develop young minds and inspire a love of learning using a growth mindset.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with their unique needs.
  • Establish a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
  • Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field (preferred) or a High school diploma/GED (required).
