About the Role

Holliswood Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill the position of Nurse Supervisor. As a key member of our healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • Staff Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of nursing staff to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in patient care and implement changes to enhance the quality of care.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and prescribing programs.
