Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Voyager Nation. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments from pickup to delivery, working directly with drivers and customers to ensure seamless operations. You will also plan routes, prepare dispatch documents, and maintain records of dispatched calls, driver routes, and delivery/pickup times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer software used for dispatching. A high school diploma or GED is required, and 2-3 years of experience in transportation is preferred.

Bilingual skills are a plus, and familiarity with DAT and other load boards is a significant advantage. The salary for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
