Job Description

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is hiring an experienced X-ray Field Service Engineer to provide corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation services for medical imaging equipment.

This role will involve working with customers to ensure their equipment is functioning properly and making any necessary repairs or upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical imaging equipment, including x-ray machines, digital imaging systems, and other related devices.
  2. Install new medical imaging equipment at customer facilities, ensuring it meets OEM specifications.
  3. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation associated with the installation and maintenance of radiation generating equipment.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and they receive excellent service.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Medical Imaging Field Service industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of medical imaging equipment, including x-ray machines, digital imaging systems, and other related devices.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $$80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
