EVS Director

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EVS Director to lead our Housekeeping Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising and leading all aspects of the operational needs of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement departmental budgets and financial plans
- Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain effective communication with administration and hospital departments
- Plan, prioritize, direct, coordinate, and supervise functions and activities of the department
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and industry standards
- Develop and maintain job descriptions for department staff
- Encourage staff to participate in education programs and professional development
Requirements:
- Four year college degree and equal related experience required
- Three years of housekeeping management experience at a healthcare account required
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data
- Excellent social skills and customer service demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and apply a participative approach to leading staff
