Casino Cage Cashier Job Summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a skilled Casino Cage Cashier to join our team. As a Casino Cage Cashier, you will be responsible for processing monetary transactions and exchanges with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle basic transactions like exchanging money for chips and processing poker transactions.
• Work in various areas like the main bank, high-stakes game areas, and employee service windows.
• Cash checks, redeem chips and tickets, and handle foreign currency exchanges for customers.
• Keep accurate records of all transactions and balance the cash at the end of your shift.
• Help customers with general questions and manage safety deposit boxes.

Requirements:

• Possesses a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Has at least 1 year of experience in cash-handling front-facing customer service roles.

Work Schedule:

Must be able to work on weekends and holidays. Schedules may change depending on business needs. Training will be conducted during the Day shift (7AM - 3:45PM).

Pay Rate:

The typical pay for this role is: $21.25. This is a tip eligible position. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
