The nursing aide operates under the direct oversight of licensed nursing personnel to deliver direct patient care in alignment with established hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.Rochester Regional Health is a compassionate, not-for-profit community healthcare provider. QUALIFICATIONS- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: New York State nurse aide certification, current BLS upon hire
- Preferred: Previous experience as a New York State certified nurse aide
- Deliver and document comprehensive, family-centered care under the direct supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
- Communicate patient conditions directly to licensed nursing staff to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment focused on patient and family-centered care.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and is eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
