We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Home Healthcare Professionals - Live-In Caregivers. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities, while maintaining their independence and quality of life.

**Job Summary:**

  • Provide daily living assistance and companionship to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
  • Maintain client safety and wellbeing, while promoting independence and dignity.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Personal Care: Assist with daily personal tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences, including grocery shopping, meal planning, cooking, and cleanup.
  • Medication Management: Ensure that clients take their prescribed medications on time, providing reminders and monitoring for any adverse reactions.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging in conversations, playing games, reading, and accompanying clients on walks or outings.
  • Transportation: Assist with transportation to and from appointments, social activities, or errands.
  • Health Monitoring: Monitor client health condition and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team or family members.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a caregiving role is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to live at client's home and work long hours.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Physical stamina; ability to lift or move clients as needed.

**Working Conditions:**

  • This is a live-in position, which means you will be living at the client's home for extended periods.
  • You must be comfortable with this arrangement and flexible with your schedule.
  • You may be scheduled for regular weekend shifts and varied off-duty hours and days off.
