Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Completed an accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board certification in IM or FM, or board eligibility for medical residents
- Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
Colorado Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $288,631 to $385,254 annually. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
