General Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the fleet to ensure clean and well-maintained equipment
  • Monitor and itemize inventory
  • Guarantee that customers receive top-notch service

Minimum Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of management experience in retail or a service industry with accountability for financial outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Management experience in high-volume retail with profit and loss (P&L) accountability
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work weekends and holidays
Work Environment:
The role involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals. Protective clothing or gear may be necessary.

Physical Demands:
The position requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, traversing spaces, using tools, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs, with or without assistance.
