Job Title: Store Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail banking store, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with TD Bank's policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervisory oversight to a team of colleagues to ensure the achievement of individual and store objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage the store's operational activities, including cash handling, vault management, and customer transactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to address any issues or concerns.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to improve their performance and skills.
  • Contribute to the development of the store's business plan and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of related experience required.
  • Notary license preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, coaching, and oversight of customer service.
  • Representative and teller experience.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Application of sound judgment in making decisions.
  • Demonstrated vault management and drawer settlement competency in accordance with Teller Operational Standards.
  • Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain order in the store.
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong working knowledge of all operational systems and databases.
  • Ability to supervise and lead others.
  • Ability to provide community services.
  • Engages in conversations with customers about loan products, facilitates the application intake.
  • Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry).
