Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $37 per hour, with a generous sign-on bonus of $10,000. This role is perfect for individuals looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the field of nursing.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working with our physician to provide proper medical care to patients;
  • Scheduling dental and medical appointments;
  • Providing emergency medical assistance as needed;
  • Conducting medical history interviews and preparing reports;
  • Administering medication dosage and treatment; and
  • Maintaining control of medications and drugs.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all medical office policies are followed and completing reports and medical forms accurately.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • An accredited nursing program leading to licensure;
  • A high school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older;
  • An active, unencumbered state Licensed Practical Nurse license;
  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a correctional center;
  • An active CPR/BLS certificate; and
  • Proof of COVID Vaccination.
