Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Teacher to join our team at Children of America. As a key member of our educational staff, you will be responsible for planning and executing our curriculum, ensuring a safe and structured learning environment for our preschoolers.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that support social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth in young children.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure continuity of care and uphold our brand's standards.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and promote open communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress, using technology to deliver regular updates to parents and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a CDA or degree in education, preferably with experience in licensed childcare settings.
  • Flexibility in challenging situations, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to professional development.
  • Effective decision-making, empathy towards children's emotions and parent's needs, and excellent writing skills.

Salary and Benefits:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
