We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill a combined role as a 2nd Shift Team Leader - Warehouse/In-house SAP Specialist. This position is responsible for supervising warehouse staff and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the warehouse team in daily operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Ensure all warehouse functions are completed efficiently and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and complete shipping/receiving transactions in the M3 system.
  • Train and evaluate warehouse personnel, providing motivation and support to ensure a team-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and adherence to emergency procedures and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in warehouse management, distribution, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience with SAP/EWM systems and strong proficiency in material management software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations, GMPs, and HACCP standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Work Environment:

The warehouse environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with constant movement, noise, and motorized equipment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hair nets, beard nets, gloves, and protective eyewear may be required in certain areas. The role requires split time between office tasks and time on the warehouse or plant floor.
