Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Collaborate with Lead Teachers to design and deliver curriculum programs that align with state and national standards
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates and involve them in their child's education
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with preschool-age children
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
