- Monitor Patient Vital Signs: Check and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Maintain a Clean Environment: Clean and disinfect medical equipment and supplies, and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
- Assist with Patient Care: Assist patients with dressing, bathing, and grooming, and help with mobility and transfers.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, and report any incidents or concerns to supervisors.
- Respect Patient Privacy: Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics and standards.
- Stock and Gather Supplies: Gather and stock medical supplies, and ensure that patients' nutritional and hydration needs are met.
- Support Patient Hygiene: Assist patients with personal hygiene, including bathing and dressing.
- Transport Patients: Safely transport patients, including helping them get in and out of beds or wheelchairs.
- CNA Certification: Possess a valid CNA certification.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a CNA.
- BLS/CPR Certification: Hold a current BLS/CPR certification.
- Non-Taxable Pay Package: Receive a non-taxable pay package for candidates more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Sign-On and Contract Completion Bonus: Eligible for a sign-on and contract completion bonus for the right candidate.
