Job Overview

The Holiday Inn Club Vacations team is seeking a skilled Engineering Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our resort grounds. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance and landscape personnel to ensure exceptional service delivery.

About the Role:

  • Supervise work assignments, response, and problem resolution for all maintenance and grounds personnel.
  • Direct and assist maintenance techs and groundskeepers with equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Implement skills training programs for assigned teams.
  • Control department budgetary expenditures.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  1. Lead a high-performing team to maintain the resort's grounds, villas, and assets.
  2. Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and landscape personnel.
  3. Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  4. Maintain accurate records of department activities and expenditures.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and meet company motor vehicle policy standards.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
