Job Summary:

The University of Wyoming is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wellness Center Assistant to join our team. As a Wellness Center Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Wellness Center, staff the reception desk, schedule appointments, and assist with Wellness Center programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Wellness Center, including staffing the reception desk, scheduling appointments, and assisting with Wellness Center programs.
  • Serve as a Wellness Center representative on campus-based coalitions, committees, and health education initiatives.
  • Conduct outreach for the Wellness Center, including health education presentations, resource tables, and virtual programs.
  • Assist with Wellness Center data collection and data entry.
  • Participate in Wellness Center and Campus Recreation team meetings and trainings.
Requirements:
  • Current UWYO student.
  • Must be eligible for and have received a work-study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or willingness to learn.
