Key Responsibilities:

As a Safety and Security Specialist, you will be entrusted with the following duties:

  • Oversee the safety and security of YellaWood personnel and assets, as well as the family and assets of the company’s leadership.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with company executives, employees, clients, local law enforcement, and the surrounding community.
  • Maintain a 24/7 availability based on assigned shifts or as required, ensuring a constant presence.
  • Complete a designated emergency medical training program successfully.
  • Be equipped to deliver advanced life-saving measures during emergencies.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are maintained in a clean and safe condition, and that the Central Operations Center (COC) is organized and professional at all times.
  • Monitor all security systems, including alarms, cameras, drones, and mail scanning technology, with diligence and professionalism.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all security alerts, unusual camera activity, or requests for assistance.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure all security equipment is functioning properly during each shift.
  • Fulfill all training requirements as directed by the company.
