Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the pristine appearance of our property grounds, ensuring a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the beauty and health of flower beds, baskets, and planters by watering, weeding, trimming, and performing other essential maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere by promptly removing trash from designated receptacles throughout the property.
  • Preserve the visual appeal of fountains, planters, or other ground features through regular cleaning, replacement, and minor repairs.
  • Contribute to a safe and well-maintained environment by addressing cracks, holes, and other issues on sidewalks, driveways, cart paths, and parking lots.
  • Maintain the chemical balance of pool and Jacuzzi water within established parameters, adhering to local regulations.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of pool basins, Jacuzzis, pumps, filters, and heaters.
Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required.
