About the Role

Cross Country Allied is currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at an outpatient rehabilitation center in Shelbyville, Kentucky. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their health and mobility by assessing their strength, function, and mobility, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, and providing patient education.

Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist looking to work in a dynamic outpatient setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients. You will be responsible for:
  • Assessing patients' physical abilities and creating personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Providing one-on-one therapy sessions, group classes, or education sessions to promote patients' understanding of their condition and improve their overall well-being.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 1 year of recent experience working as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Physical Therapy or a related discipline.
  • Current state/compact license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • BLS Certification (AHA).

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
