We are seeking qualified coaches to join our team at Leroy Greene Academy, part of the Natomas Unified School District.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring students in various soccer positions, including Girl's Varsity Soccer Head Coach, Girl's Varsity Soccer Assistant Coach, and Boy's Varsity Soccer Assistant Coach.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement coaching strategies to enhance student performance
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Meet district requirements for coaching experience, organizational skills, and certifications
Requirements:
  • 2 years of coaching experience
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate with students of various age groups
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Current TB test
  • Fingerprinting required for district clearance
