Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet) Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting trash from apartment residents and transporting it to the onsite compactor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect trash from apartment residents and transport it to the onsite compactor using a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
  • Take required photos using our company's mobile app during service to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
  • Work independently and safely, adapting to changing weather conditions and navigating apartment properties.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly pay: Up to $18 per hour, with higher pay for associates using their own vehicles.
  • Flexible evening hours, typically 5 nights a week from Sunday to Thursday.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to walk and climb stairs, and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
  • Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app.
