At Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecom Underground Foreman to lead our installation and maintenance teams in the underground telecommunication systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead crews to install and maintain underground telecommunication systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and allocate resources
- Communicate effectively with property owners and stakeholders
- Perform work in all weather conditions and safely operate heavy equipment
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in telecom underground installation and maintenance
- Previous foreman experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States
