Position Title: Mobile Phlebotomist

• Collect high-quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis while adhering to established protocols.
• Engage directly with patients, fostering an environment of trust and clarity while explaining procedures and skillfully obtaining blood samples.
• Exhibit proficiency in both forensic and clinical specimen collection, with required experience in pediatric and geriatric capillary and venipuncture techniques.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities while emphasizing process excellence and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy regarding patient information.
• Carry out specimen collection and processing duties confidently, following established guidelines and practices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
• Show commitment to organizational values and promote a positive image to patients, clients, colleagues, and the broader community.

• A minimum of five years of phlebotomy experience is required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Preferred experience includes at least three years in a Patient Service Center or similar environment.
• Experience in customer service within a retail or service setting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in keyboarding and data entry is essential.
