Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team of clinicians serving the residential areas of Massachusetts. This per diem position offers a visit rate of up to $140/visit. As an Occupational Therapist with Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing patient-centered care and promoting independence in daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients
  • Assess home environments to ensure safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment needs
  • Provide patient and caregiver education
  • Accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapist (OTR)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
