  • Possess a thorough understanding of the menu offerings and any special promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely to support food service operations.
  • Manage the point of sale system during service, adhering to proper cash handling procedures.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, following established protocols.
  • Comply with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents as required.

Work Schedule: Flexible hours as needed.
